- Holidays Require 2 day minimum advance deposit
- A 1.4x Premium is charged for May and October Race Weeks
- Race Week requires a seven day advance deposit
- Rates are based on a party of two adults, children under 3 yrs old, and two pets

- Reservations: All reservations are paid by Credit Card
- Deposit: All reservations require a Credit Card deposit
- Standard: 50% Advance Deposit Required
- Holidays: 2 night minimum stay-paid in advance
- Race Week: 7 night minimum stay-paid in advance
- Credit Cards: Full balance charged immediately on the evening prior to arrival

| All reservations have a $10.00 cancellation fee |
| Reservations must be cancelled before 1:00pm (7) days in advance of the date of scheduled arrival, or deposit is not refundable |
